Extorsion Madness

[vc_row][vc_column width=’1/2′]

This is casual strategy board game commissioned by the Friedrich-Naumann Foundation for Freedom, Myanmar Office. The objective of the game is to afford critical thinking around the topic of corruption. Since extortions are the most typical kind of corruption in Myanmar, thisĀ  game focuses on this cultural phenomenon.

The players manipulate simultaneously and arbitrarily different characters on the way to reaching the end of the course. However, each player is secretly responsible only for one of the characters. The first player to take his or her character to the final spot of the course wins. To make this possible, not only a player manipulates at the same time several characters during a turn, the player will also pay compulsory-fees, impose extortion fees to the characters, pay extortion bribes and also try to get rid of extortion. So, players make use of their strategy skills and have a fun time by playing this game!
